I am extremely disappointed with my experience at CLS in La Porte. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Turner, and while I don’t believe the doctor is the issue, the office staff has made this process incredibly frustrating. I have been waiting over a month for a prior authorization to be submitted to my insurance company. It took multiple phone calls and complaints just to get the authorization started, which alone took more than three weeks. My overall experience was wonderful. I am a breastfeeding mom so upon my arrival I asked for a room to pump and they gave me a room to be able to do what I needed to do. I filled out paperwork as a new patient and it didn’t take them long to call me to the back. I was seen my Terry Newman and she was great! I went in for a yearly wellness checkup and Dr. Newman took really great care of me! She did a fall panel to make sure that everything was normal.
