I'd give Clear Lake Imaging Center ZERO STARS if I could. The. scheduling department sat on an ultrasound order for 13 days, saying it was missed "on accident," despite processing two other orders. When the original order turned into a STAT order, Clear Lake Imaging Center confirmed the appointment no less than FIVE TIMES the day before the procedure, ONLY TO CANCEL IT THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE.
