Very good clinic and staff
They have almost every specialty doctor you need and the ones they don’t they will refer you too been coming here for 2 years now and I love them they listen to what I need and try to provide top care. They also almost always provide summarized info on the Healow app if you can’t remember what was talked about and discussed.
Chris and Maria the technician were so wonderful how they treated my elderly dad at this facility. He needed a petscan and he is in poor physical health and they did everything to make him comfortable. He's hard of hearing and they never lost there patients with him. They were so kind. Side note: Narvi at the front desk was really nice to him as well.
We were new patients. My daughter needed a physical and one immunization. The office was “out” of the vaccine and doctors assistant gave incorrect recommendation on the amount of doses my daughter needed for a particular vaccine. We left there believing she needed two vaccines and had to wait 6 months in between. Luckily I have a brain and read through my daughter’s records and obtained the correct information, she only needed ONE. CLS Health will have you come into the office to bill you for unnecessary visits, bill you more than your insurance states you should have been billed, and will make you jump through months of hoops to receive your money back. Billing and accounting staff will do nothing to assist you and only offer empty apologies.
