Horrible staff called and mad a plain drove over 45 minutes to not be seen because they didn't communicate or want to honor their word. And unwilling to listen and interrupted every time we tried to talk and acted like they were better then us.
I can honestly say there is only one, (1) good thing about this nightmarish, supposed Medical Clinic. The physician that I saw Dr. Khalil, neurologist is brilliant fantastic Doctor with 50 years of experience, and has a good heart good man..... .. Other than that I've never dealt with more incompetent folks in my life,, it's either the clerical or office staff or whoever that deals with insurance companies or Tricare or Community Care, totally incompetent has no idea what they're doing.. they've sent in multiple, multiple fo... read more
