Shipping box was unopened. Medication box inside had been opened, emptied, and resealed with glue. All medication was missing. Rises above suspicion, considering this is the second empty box sent to my home in the last few months from CLRx with exact same medicine. Adding photos of glued reseal vs manufacturer seal. Unacceptable. And potentially criminal?
Easiest pharmacy experience ever. I called and got the fax number to send the prescription and they took it from there. They email and text every month so I can authorize the refill, overnight it and pack it in a little ice chest so it doesn’t get overheated. Super convenient, fast delivery, accommodative staff and my fav part is when you call you speak with someone immediately. It’s not a 20 question menu.
The only reason I’m giving the pharmacy any stars is because of PAST experience. This pharmacy helped to put me in hypertensive crisis. I received a call AND a letter stating that my insurance would no longer be covering my prescription. So, I ordered as much as I could before I had to try something new. I have medication resistant hypertension and the medicine that I take is the only one I’ve had success with.
