Great people very informative
The guy who works there is so, so nice and helpful. He always is smiling and willing to answer any questions I have. I never feel like I am bothering them with my many trips to test my chems. I really appreciate the great customer service!
Our 1st time stopping by here. We recently got a hot tub and wanted to see what they offered for them. Their hot tub / spa selection is limited, but they do have the essentials for starting and maintaining proper water chemistry balance. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They provided us a bottle to return a sample of our water to them for free on the spot testing. Absolutely five stars for this local gem of a pool company! I’ve been coming here for a year now, and they’ve earned a loyal customer for life. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable—no matter what pool issue or question I have, they always have the right advice and the right product on hand.
