Dr. Clower is an old fart who lets his young staff run all over him and his costomers. Some of the ladies are nice and some of very rough and mean. Things they forgot to put back on my sons orthodontic equipment at different appointments are, the main wire, brackets, and bands. The lady manager has Dr. Clower by the balls. They are unorganized and clearly in a bad mood most of the time.

Had braces put on, would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've never been to a more unprofessional doctors office in my entire short sixteen years of life. The staff all have HORRIBLE attitudes and don't understand the value of communication skills.

This place is a joke. This man is making all of the money. 100$ a month and some months I could not get an appt. or when my son did go in they would not do anything. But you have to pay anyway. If you think you are finished paying at the end of your contract, well think again, it's time to sign on for faze two. The place is always full. a patient every fifteen min. in each of the 8-10 chairs, all day and he has at least 10 other offices. when I walk in the door all I hear is cha-ching. I hate this place. Bought out our nomal dentist, was OK first two visits then all the people who had been there were gone and had been replaced with assholes, they made me pay up front and was very rude. Appointment was at 2 never seen anyone but the bitch out front till 3. Waiting room was full and everyone waas upset, TV was playing infomerical about losing weight so loud you could not talk. When we tried to make another appointment was told that they could not make at any other time and to call a # next week for another time

I this place with a passion if I could go to any other place i would. They treat you like cattle inside and there's only one bench to sit on with usually 15 plus people in the hallway. The nurses there are mean there and I have to say before coming here I wasn't scared of the orthodontist but now I am. Thanks.
