Inadequate service This business lacks integrity to provide a complete service for their customers. The owners and employees condone and use rude behavior. When confronted with questions on how to use their products, they are unable to provide the correct information for those who have little knowledge in their area of expertise. Assume all risk... This business lacks integrity and professionalism. They do not place any value on customer service, nor do they try to resolve disputes amicably. The owner is threatening and tries to bully the customer. The employees only have basic knowledge of the products sold. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Clovis Pool Patio, & Spa What a friendly place. Great location, great parking, and great deals. When I first went in looking at hot tubs, the owner started me out with something small that worked with 110 electricity. When I decided to move to a bigger, more energy efficient spa, Richard gave me full refund on my first spa and a heck of a deal on my new spa. He also picked up my old spa and delivered and set up my new spa. His prices are reasonable and I am always notified of sales on anything to do with spa supplies. I have... read more
