Very pretty apartments but they come with very lazy staff. They can’t manage to get your name into the delivery boxes so that you can receive your packages, instead they would rather let people run all over the property. I can only imagine what else they neglect due to the fact they don’t feel like doing it yet.
Avoid at all costs. They'll try and charge you for an extra months rent when you move out.
I have lived at Clovis Point going on three years now. I can't say enough positive things about the management and maintenance team. Taylor, Justin and Sara are all amazing and timely about getting back with me if there is an issue. They care about the residents and really make living here a huge bonus!
