Great pet hospital. Easy to get meds for dogs after annual visit. Chronic conditions managed well
I went to northpointe hospital and they tried to charge me a really high price like $4000 to unblock my cat. They are the worst. I took my cat to clovis pet hospital and they took me for $1700. Thats a big difference. Clovis hospital is way better and i would take any of my animals there again if i had to
I am Balder’s owner. We almost ran out of his cat food because of you. It caused me tons of stress and distress. Perhaps if you improved your customer service and office procedures you would not constantly need to be on here explaining how your miscommunication and oddly specific and situation-based office procedures cause you to upset and cause distress to numerous people. A couple of years ago, my girlfriend’s hairless Sphynx, Balder, had an issue where he couldn’t pee. All the cats were already established at another vet, but this was an emergency problem + the regular vet was not open, so Balder was taken here instead. At the time, this place was a Godsend - flexible hours + all the fancy equipment to do labs in-house.
