I rarely leave bad reviews, but I am so upset with how my nails turned out. I paid $100 for a manicure and pedicure, and both look terrible. My fingernails are way too thick and bulky, and the polish was not applied correctly. The staff rushed through the service and was quite rude. Even after I asked them to fix the mistakes, they look like trash so upsetting I will not be returning.
Owner is rude and talks very loud in her native language. I stop going to Clovis nails because I was completely ignored when I walked into the salon. The owner and employees just looked at me and didn’t say “hello” or “may I help you”. I sat down and no one acknowledged me or spoke to me. The owner looked over at me several times but completely ignored me so I walked out! I will never go back to the salon again. The owner is very rude, rude, rude!!!
I would give no stars if possible. I asked for a basic French Tip but nails came out so messy and just very disappointing. Owner of business is also extremely rude to her workers which made this experience even more disappointing.
My boyfriend and I came for pedicures, and it was a great experience. We will be back ☺️
2nd time here and place doesn’t disappoint yes it’s a bit pricey than other places but definitely worth it girls are so sweet and my pedi girl omg she did amazing 1st time here with my massage that I had to comeback for a 2nd time and I usually browse around different places think I found my forever place
