this company is perhaps the worst in the business. Their equipment is faulty.LIFE PRESERVING EQUIPMENT. Doesnt that just give you a great sense of security that your life rests in the hands of equipment that barely functions? The only reason Imho this company remains in business is because they have locked in with several insurance companys making their service exclusive. Great company to business with unless you need something delivered. After 8 days in the hospital I was told "we don't deliver walkers". There are two other medical supply companies in Clovis that are caring and helpful and full of service. My apologies again the the receptionist for my curse words after being told I could come in at 10 the next morning to pick up my walker. Feeling better since the social worker in the hospital removed them from their call list. They told me this is the only medical supply company they have ... read more
