My one piece toilet was shipped without a lid to the tank, so I contacted the company thinking it would be an easy process to get a replacement tank lid. IT WASN’T! The customer support line is just a voicemail box that gets checked maybe once a month if the three week response was any indication! Same timeframe for the company email btw. I am currently on my 25 email corresponding with Chelsea from your company attempting to purchase a $12.99 part. As how long it's taking to get a response with multiple follow up emails it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any company. Not sure if Chelsea needs help however some training might be needed on responding in a timely manner. I bought a Clovis Goods freestanding tub. It arrived with deep cracks on the side and drain tube was detached. Plumber said it was not repairable. The company refuses to honor the warranty on this defective tub. After months of contact they finally said they would refund half of the cost. So after months of frustration I accepted the offer. Guess what, NO REFUND. Do not buy from this company, they do not honor their warranty or their word. BUYER BEWARE!!!
