The company who made my insert no longer makes the needed parts but inspite of that Steve came up with something and kept my fireplace going. His service is exceptional and he is honest. I would look no further if you need work on your fireplace. I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star because Steve started getting very unreliable until he was no longer even answering calls. I tried to call him to clean out the lint ducts and vents from the dryer but he never called back. Maybe he didn’t know how. Very disappointing... read more

Told me he'd be at my house between 12 - 2. I made sure I was home. Didn't show. After 3:00 I called him, he told me that he couldn't come on my roof because it had been raining. Don't assume your new customers know that you can't work in the rain. At the very least, call them and let them know you're not coming. I will find someone more professional and who wants to work.
