If there were a rating lower than 1, I would give it. Highly unprofessional. Carolyn was short, disrespectful, not knowledgeable, very rude, and tried to, at one point, tell me I hadn't just called a few minutes prior . When asked to speak to her supervisor, she claimed to be the supervisor and owner. Not only was the "answering service" not able to do their 1 and only job, to provide customer service though taking messages for a business, but she failed, in every regards of the word, to provide ANY customer service .
