With the break in’s of peoples cars and paid parking with no camera’s it’s not a good place to live! Wouldn’t recommend!!!
I’ve lived here four years and have really liked it. I find that overall they are very resident responsive, and the place is really feels kind of like a little homes. Recently our head maintenance person, Mark, came over to check about my work order that said that my air conditioning wasn’t working well. Because of the heat spell, he came right away and checked out everything on the air conditioning and then he checked the vents. They were not all the way open. Not a safe place to live if your a senior. Unfortunately this is the second time in two years of my mother being a resident that cars were broken into. It seems the office is not taking any accountability on keeping residents safe. Seniors are forced to pay cost of replacing windows in their vehicles that are broken into. Nothing seems to be done about these incidents by the price brothers. Cameras need to be installed as well as security patrolling.
