Visitors, renters, and buyers beware. The whole neighborhood is contracted with a towing company. There's one single sign at each entrance, that somehow apparently designates the entire neighborhood as a tow away zone. We were caring for a friend at her father's house while he was in the hospital, and someone called them out to tow our car in the middle of the night. We have had SO MANY issues with the HOA since moving here three years ago. Most recently that their emergency line before 9am does not actually have a human answering the phone. First: they do not recycle here. It took almost a year of calls and e-mails to even get the HOA to respond to basically say they won’t add my house to their trash account so I can pay extra for it on my own.
