We have had SO MANY issues with the HOA since moving here three years ago. Most recently that their emergency line before 9am does not actually have a human answering the phone. First: they do not recycle here. It took almost a year of calls and e-mails to even get the HOA to respond to basically say they won’t add my house to their trash account so I can pay extra for it on my own.
