They are taking great care of my father!
So far i really like this nursing home, they are taking good care of my kids father who has a brain injury, hes making progress after only a week there, they answer the phone for him everyday and prop it up against his ear for me even though they are really busy or sometimes they even call me so i can talk to him (thats because of an extra nice nurse named kindra), & they have an outside area hell be able to hang out at if he gets well enough to go outside. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the care my father received at this facility. This facility failed him in so many ways. My father was never taken to his scheduled medical appointments, and our family was rarely, if ever, updated on his condition. We discovered on our own that he had developed Stage 2 pressure sores and was severely malnourished. When we requested that he be sent to the emergency room so he could receive proper medical care, our request was ignored. We ultimately had to call 911 ourselves to get him... read more
