If I could rate a 0 I would this place is the list egregious place I’ve ever experienced. Lazy workers, cleanliness is not up to par. They treat residents poorly I wouldn’t put my name worse enemy in this place. This place needs to be reported to highest authority and shut down

The photos on the website are a complete misrepresentation of the actual facility — particularly the second floor, where he was placed. The conditions in that wing were unacceptable. The check in/out process is very good, no waiting for a clerk to get off the phone. All of the staff have always been very polite.
