No stars. This place has treated my brother poorly 😢
I am extremely disappointed with the level of care my mother has received at this facility. Two month ago my mother was left sitting in an soiled pullup for approximately 30 minutes before being changed and claims this happened quite a few more times since. This was after being told to just use the bathroom on herself after asking for assistance to the bathroom. I was a nursing home aid in my young adult years and coworkers would refuse help to assistant residents because it much easier to do everything themselves. They want... read more
If I could I would rate this place a 0 ,my sister was put here for physical therapy and died within a week, the nurse wouldn't even talk to the family about what took place that morning, we just would feel better if we had a good understanding about how was she that morning she passed away what was taking place had she been feeling worse than usual, we knew she had a lot of health problems but no phone calls or anything telling us if she was feeling worse or anything just a call that she passed away, She was only 50 years ol... read more
The nurses and aides are very friendly. They are great about keeping you up to date with any situation...a fall or some other issue comes up. The only drawback that I can't give more than 1 star is patient hygiene, which is why only 4 stars, and not 5.
