I placed my sister here for rehabilitation and because they have in-house dialysis. Well this was a big mistake, when you enter the building it looks and smells great. The entrance is actually the 2nd floor, my sister room was on the 3rd floor and the housekeeping was totally different. There was no sense of urgency with the staff at all. My father was here for just over three weeks after an infection/fall. The hospital didn’t have a lot of options for where to send him as his Advantage Plan was regional to somewhere else. Clovernook had a 5-star Medicaid rating for short term stays, so I selected it. I wish I hadn’t. I don’t mean to be hyperbolic but it was a nightmare from the moment he was transferred here.
