I’m new to Virginia, and this shop made me feel truly welcomed. They were attentive to my car, kept me updated by text, and even arranged a loaner vehicle when an unexpected issue with rust and a delay in getting a part. Five-star shop with five-star customer service! Thank you for taking such great care of my car — I’ll definitely be back
I have used Cloverleaf Tire and Auto for over a decade. I wanted a local car repair/maintenance shop, instead of a chain, that would get to know me and my vehicles. Cloverleaf is that place. Everyone there is nice, knowledgeable, quick, pays attention to the details, genuinely wants to help and treats me (and my dog) with respect. They also explain things so non-mechanic people like me can understand the issue and how to fix it.
Called on the last day of the month to get a state inspection and they took me as a walk-in. I was expecting to be there for over an hour and I was pleasantly surprised to be ready to 10 minutes later. Service was great and diligent
Front desk was great but the service manager and manager leaves much to be desired! Poor communication! AND my car is STILL not fixed!
