Do not rent from this management property they will keep all your deposit and charge you for anything they can ! I had a house I rented informed them the house is not painted and told them I could not wipe down walls because it takes the drywall off they said they would inform owner of property . Charged me close to 4,000 dollars because they said they needed to paint the house because it was more than touch ups well ya there is no paint so I can’t wipe up everytime my kids come down the stairs .
