Shitty and greedy company charges over $200 for showing up 30 minutes late.
I arrived at midnight for my 17:00 appointment the next day. I checked in upon arrival and went to sleep, not expecting to be offloaded early. But they called me at 07:15 and asked me to back into the dock. I was completely offloaded by 08:10. I truly appreciate their help. The lady at check-in was very kind and respectful. Thank you, Americold — you saved me a whole day. Also, overnight parking is available.
My appointment was at 3 pm and they charged me for 23 hours 🙃 Terrible place to charge
Pickup appt 1pm Got dock right away Loaded @3pm. Only 5700 lbs.
