Lady at check in counter was extremely rude and she charged me 200 dollars for being late but actually i was not and they told me to pay or take the load back . Even on asking questions she was just ignoring . It was a very bad experience and they should change the way they work.

My appt was at 10am but I didn't have hours to get there but dispatch had me for an opening at 1700 I got out at 2100 just was a process on paperwork and I will say this Brandy from shipping/Receiving was a true blessing helping me out as a driver I will only come here if she's working. Has limited overnight parking if u respectfully ask and not messing up for us. Check-in in by dock 8 and 9 and walk up 3 flights of stairs ( yes 3 flights) to check in n get paperwork bring CDL and pick up # and TRL# n destination location.
