I would not recommend Platinum Paint Company, and in fact would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere. Our experience has been marked by poor communication and a lack of follow-through. We hired them to paint our home prior to moving in, and were told they would return after we had settled in to do touch-ups. This was a great experience. Platinum tackled my 80 year old home last painted 20 years ago, and brought it back to life. In spite of running into issues that required additional expense, they did not budget from the additional quote. They also did many extras gratis from sweeping off my roof to pressure washing my patio (because it looked bad next to my newly painted house. HIGHLY recommend!
My new home looks amazing, Platinum Paint did a full home refresh prior to move in and also built a screen deck for my back porch as well as adding a storm door! Great communication, any issues were resolved with no fuss and I will definitely be using these guys again!
