I requested a quote to set a scheduled rental of 3 golf carts and then I'm asked to keep calling back twice. When I call back the third time trying to confirm, all of the golf cart not available due to the Arts, Beats, and Eats. All I know this is very unprofessional. Calling your business back three times to follow through with getting golf carts confirmed is not good business. What an amazing staff…I showed up unexpected for a portable AC unit and not only did they help me quickly, they went out of their way to deliver it to me because I was in a pinch.

Every one here was great, and made me feel like there most important customer. Equipment looked brand new, and performed the job perfectly. Renting was easy, delivery and pick up were on time. Much better than other companies I have used.

I just started working for herc in oak park, Michigan. I have to say I have the best boss who treats employees as a teammate. Gerry aka ( boss man ) is kind, efficient, knowledgeable and is always happy and supportive with all aspects of my work. He is a true leader & I’m blessed to have the opportunity to work with him. Great company & great teammate. Thank you all so much for helping me & teaching me so much in my first week, looking forward to many more days, weeks, months, years at herc rental company.
