I don’t leave reviews but this is kind of absurd. I have told my doctor on five seperate occasions my concerns with the side effects of medication. He has not acknowledged it all. Like he literally says “okay” and doesn’t offer any resolutions. This same doctor has marked me as late/cancelled before for being five minutes late when the waiting room was empty. Today he was 40 minutes late and he still didn’t acknowledge my concerns. Not sure what I’m supposed to do.
I have been going to clovercrest family practice for a long time now, and I have never met a nicer, more reassuring, calmer nurse than Leanne. I went in today for a bp check up and ecg which I've never had before, and was quite anxious about it, and Leanne couldn't have been more patient, understanding and comforting. Repeated mistakes, zero accountability, and an alarming inability to do something as basic as getting a prescription right. On more than one occasion, their errors have left me without essential medication — something that should never happen in a medical practice. The reception staff make the situation even worse. Dr Teh and the nurses are fantastic, however the reception staff have no customer service skills especially Joanne. If you google the word rude, she’ll come up.
