They are really bad in communicating. I scheduled a service between 10-12 AM for my hot water heater/expansion tank. They confirmed my reservation in three emails. Waited all day, called them twice ( got answering machine)..no contact. Sent them an email about it…NO RESPONSE. Guess they do not need the money…..
I would highly recommend Mason! I had a few leaks with my water heater. I can unequivocally say that Mason will NOT be your nightmare servicemen. He is very thorough, professional, and respectful. I would recommend asking for Mason if you want as much of a stress-free experience as one can hope for.
Great service!! Mason answered every question I had and he never pressured me to buy additional services. He explained the issues, what needed to done, and I picked what fit my budget. I highly recommend Clover Services!!

Scheduling for the estimate was a little spotty but showed up nevertheless, had the most reasonable/affordable quote, easy bid approval process and job scheduling, showed up on time, adjusted price accordingly based on the correct way to complete the job, communicated well throughout - overall was the BEST plumbing related experience on the east coast (disclaimer: I'm new to the area) Also, Ricardo showed up solo for the entire process mindful of cleanliness, polite, and just killed it.
