Living space is great, but constantly jacking the rent multiple times every year with the same copy and paste excuse doesn't make it worth it. I also had a very poor interaction with the property manager regarding one of my guests parking their car partially on the grass, while in my face screaming at me and threatening to fine me for property damages when there was no damage. The neighbors are quiet and very nice, which I am grateful for.
