NO STARS...This company should be ashamed of themselves! They are raising rent 37% after the first year! These are seniors on fixed incomes. A modest increase is to be expected, but 37% - COME ON!!!
You do NOT want to rent ANYTHING from this company! They are very greedy and do not believe in helping anyone but themselves. They would'nt even care if you were in the hospital they are just money hungry and they do not take any help from the government which is really stupid. If there is help who cares where the money comes from! Terrible company but rent at your own risk! P.S. The upside where I stay is the landlord is wonderful but management SUCKS!
The least friendly of all condos- they are not child friendly nor pet friendly. The manager is rude and crude and makes up rules as she goes along and cuddles up to tenants of means. I will say they have excellent maintenance help. I could no recommend Oakbrook. I requested a handicap for a 100 percent handicapped veteran and was told no and don't ask again. I fell on the ice and broke my ankle and was told they don't salt between cars . I would think that it was part of our maintenance fee . So much more to add
ERIE, Pa. In the midst of code violations, the owner of the Granada Apartment complex is now dealing with financial problems. Clover Management, the owner of the apartment complex, is being sued for mortgage foreclosure. U.S. Bank claims the complex owner owes more than $18.2 million in unpaid payments, interest and extra expenses, according to court documents. $40,000 in extra expenses is due to the lack of insurance at Granada. Clover management is, by far, one of the worst property management companies I have ever seen in my life! I hope that the people who were hurt tday in their Erie, PA Granada Apts sue the heck out of them! I am apalled at the conditions in which they force people to live in! I just hope the victims will be ok!!!! Shame on u, Clover Management!!!!
Don't break any of the bylaws, they send "stormtroopers" out and threaten you with nasty letters. Too many stupid rules.... can't do this, can't do that!
Clover Management is a nightmare, esp. Williamstowne Court – Beware! This will be your worst nightmare. Bugs, thugs, drugs, abuse, poor or no maintainence if any. Sceaming & rude, nasty comments from a Nurse Rachett Sr. Property Manager. Why they're getting away with what they're doing to these poor Seniors is a crime. Is there no lawyer to help these poor people who got trapped there?
They Suck!!! – Good luck on getting anything repaired and don't even bother asking for the apartment to be cleaned &/or painted-what you see when you look at the place is exactly what you get! Clover Management might as well team up with BMHA (the people that run the projects), considering that is what it is like living in their properties! You were complaing about Belmont tenant were not all Bad!! – All Belmont/Hud section 8 tenants are not bad. Also are rent is not paid for, but a portion I am on Social Security and would not be able to survive without their assistance. My rent is never late either and I don't bother my neighbors, and keep my apartment nice inside and out to the best of my ability not that my neighbors or the Landlord do the same.
