Horrible roads, little and no knowledge of proper property maintenance. I have seen only money being spent on properties being moved in. Also, raising our lot rents. All just to make money without improving the quality of the park. 1-13-26 another 60 a month raise. We don't have a concrete slab under the house. New well so that they can put in more houses. Trees in backyard on the property overgrown and thick. Also scary since theare some to close to buildings. Also waiting on new roads yet.
