I have live here a year and a half right now they have been great landlords if I fall behind they work with me to get caught back up. They are great landlords

If you’re a single mother, please don’t move into any of these properties. I have multiple text messages from girlfriend stating that Jim likes to sit in his white van in the alley and street and watch. Trust me, I’ve sat back at the end of the alley and watched him watch her. Very weird, coming from a former investigate police officer. Also, there are multiple codes violations; which have been recorded, photographed and timestamped. The majority include electrocution hazards. Good luck if you decide to move in.
