I attended the surgery for a filling when the time had passed my appointment time by quite a bit I asked the receptionist at what time I was likely to be seen. She advised that the dentist had had to leave the surgery due to a domestic issue and that I would be seeing another dentist at some point. My issue is that until I asked nobody advised me of what had happened and whether I was OK to see another dentist and when that would be. I was just left sitting in the waiting room.
