Just had a cracked windshield replaced and what a positive experience. Not only did L.D. and Michael expedite the installation, but they did all of the work necessary to get it 100% covered by insurance. All within ONE WEEK of my first call to them!!! For any of our glass needs at home, office or auto, my first call is ALWAYS to Clover Glass! They are simply the best.
They got me in quickly to have my window repaired when others couldn’t. Very professional and wonderful customer service. They treat their customers like family. I hope to not need them again but if I do I will surely go back.
I initially went to clover glass to get a windshield replaced. Well, 5 months later my rearview mirror fell right off of my windshield. Just popped right off and the adhesive was still on the windshield. I took it back to clover, they said give us 20 min. They apologized for what happened and said they would fix it free of charge. Well after 45 min of waiting in their lobby area, the guy comes back out and tells me he can’t fix it and that I am going to have to pay out of my own pocket to not buy adhesive but an ENTIRE new w... read more
They did a great job for us. They quoted us a good price and were done when promised. We will be back & tell our friends.
We had Clover Glass come out to template for a client and was told installation would be in about 4 weeks. 4 weeks go by and we call to follow up on the install date and they have no record of our order or measurements. No apology, no explanation, no offer to expedite the order. Just told that that person who should have placed the order is out and there is no way to contact him. I understand that things happen but the response was very unprofessional.
