They did a great job for us. They quoted us a good price and were done when promised. We will be back & tell our friends.
We had Clover Glass come out to template for a client and was told installation would be in about 4 weeks. 4 weeks go by and we call to follow up on the install date and they have no record of our order or measurements. No apology, no explanation, no offer to expedite the order. Just told that that person who should have placed the order is out and there is no way to contact him. I understand that things happen but the response was very unprofessional.
Really nice guys did a great job on 13 windows. I love my new windows.
They replaced a glass door pane for me. Kind of expensive but they did a good job. I was told 198.73 at the register and that matched the estimate but when I got home the bill was $6 more. They charged a fee for using a credit card which they did not mention. I'm sure there's a sign on the door or somewhere but I would have paid in cash had I known. I had it in my wallet too. LD is the guy that helped me. Would have been nice with a heads up. But they would make less that way I assume.
