While the testing results themselves are taking a long while due to funding and staffing cuts on the testing facility side, Andrew at Clover has been nothing but professional, compassionate, and no-nonsense. I reached out to Clover Genetics to get tested for a genetic variant in my family and was assisted by Andrew McCarty in the process. I've had several other family members go through the same process for the same genetic test through other organizations and it was a much more complicated, expensive, and suspenseful process where they were all required to have to see multiple different providers and go to various appointments just to even have the test get ordered. I didn't actually have an appointment with them but had emailed with some inquiries and they kindly talked to me on the phone about other options, which I super appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate getting in touch with them, Andy (I think that was his name) was super nice and helpful.
Such kind and patient staff. They were able to get me seem fairly quickly in terms of genetics! Great listeners and explained everything very throughly. They won't look at you like you have five heads for wanting an EDS genetics panel. My only issues are with the US medical system in general, not this practice specific ($$$).
