Ordered Uber eats, and was looking forward to eating falafel that was being advertised as "kispy on the outside, soft on the inside". Instead, I recieved falafel that was Krispy from crust to core. Very disappointed because the falafel is my favorite part. The fresh items were fine.
Fantastic place. Has a small to medium sit down section indoors. Ketchup wasn’t labeled for takeout but that’s besides the point. Great tasting falafel. Good fixings. Great for meat eaters and veggie eaters.
Sorry, done with this place. Bowls can be up to $20, last one I got had inedibly undercooked rice - they are not responsive to emails, which are the only way to contact them. Seems something is off with almost every order… Want to be a fan but the actual food I keep getting is poor.
Bizarrely bad experience. I’ve eaten here many times and always been wowed by the food and service. This time, my fries had no rosemary, so I went up to the counter and notified the staff. The man took a sprig of raw rosemary, tore it into 3 huge clumps still on the twig, and placed the clumps on top of the fries, not even bothering to toss it.
