I do not recommend Dr Victoria Herold. Her billing staff fraudulently coded our physical as a regular visit instead of a physical to charge more to insurance and me as the customer. I'm spending hours of my time calling their office and submitting forms though insurance to have it reversed. If you have any billing questions you can only speak to Gabriel at the front desk. He cannot answer any billing questions nor transfer you to anyone that can help you. He tells you that someone will call you back and they never do. I regr... read more
I’ve been a patient for a little less than a year and overall my experience has always been great. I’ve always felt a little uneasy around my family doctor but since switching and coming in regularly regarding some health issues I have I can just say the empathy, the kindness and just genuine care the whole team gives to patients has really made me change my mind regarding the whole institution. We love Dr. Herold! She is empathetic & thoroughand always gives you detailed explanation and reasoning. She is so sweet! The entire team is great: from schedulers to assistants to the phlebotomist- Ms Binu: they make you feel like family while providing excellent care.

I have seen both Dr. Rusk and Dr. Brett, so far, it has been an excellent experience. They were both patient and willing to lend the time to listen to all my concerns. I didn't feel rushed or on a timeline and that is important to me as I have a complicated health history. I have also had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Anastasia, their esthetician. She was so kind and genuine and able to offer me some great tips. Even the office manager, Sharon, is a pleasure to interact with. Great team!
