Our stay was nothing short of magical, despite the recent tragedies in the area. The location is ideal, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and the trails at Grindstone Lake are less than 2 miles away. We saw deer and horses from the property, plus elk within a couple blocks. AC is very important to us, and the living room AC during the day plus windows open at night kept us very comfortable. Fast internet speeds that were great for working remotely.

We just got back from our two days stay and the place was excellent. Love how close it was to town (walking distance) but at the same time quiet and relaxed area. One of my favorite things was the bed it was so nice and comfortable. I will definitely go back. #Staycation #RelaxedTime

Reed is an amazing host. The place was large, spacious well heated, pristine with an awesome kitchen and everything a guest would need. The cabin is surrounded by trees and lots of beauty. Short drive into a cute town center. We enjoyed the cold morning and a cup of coffee out in the porch. Reed had clear instructions for arrival and departure. We would love to come back in the future.

Very disappointing experience. After our stay, we were charged an unjustified extra fee related to a pet that only visited the property and caused no damage. The allegations lack merit, and the photos provided do not match anything that occurred during our stay and may belong to a previous guest with a male dog. Very comfortable home for our vacation. We had plenty of room. Our favorite was sitting on the porch under the tall, cool pines! Red was great to work with!
