I was there today, I was so disappointed with the services, this is my third. When first one I came, I was waiting then I saw nurse speak very impolite to the patient, I think that's not nice. When my turn come, I asked Doctor how long it take for my prescriptions done. He said 15 minutes. I went to Farmacy 30 minutes later, Pharmacy staff said None. This is the worse experience I have had at any NHS facility in my life and I’m 48. To start off with the receptionist were pleasant and friendly after that went drastically down hill from there. Moved area recently so changed GP huge mistake. I was waiting 45 minutes for my appointment which isn’t a big deal to get decent care but because I didn’t that annoyed me after too. Not great. Was unable to get prescribed medicine for a skin condition I had even despite having papers for my prescription from a dermatologist. Was also advised by Clover City Practice (three times) to go to the Walk in Centre for an X-ray for another issue and was then told at the Walk in Centre that they don't have an X-ray machine ffs!
All GPs at this practice have been extremely helpful, thorough and kind. Esp Dr Lovell
It's incredibly disappointing when a doctor lacks attentive listening skills. During my GP appointment, the doctor kept repeatedly asking, "How can I help you?" even after I had already begun explaining my concerns. This pattern continued throughout the consultation, making it clear that she wasn’t truly listening but was instead rushing to a conclusion. I even pointed out that I felt rushed, yet she insisted she wasn’t rushing me—only to immediately ask again, "How can I help you?" This constant interruption made me hesitan... read more
