Sought care for an elderly animal and received no response after calling twice and leaving messages. Obviously they have too many patients or do not care
This facility was a top notch first time they opened (we were one of their first clients ❤️), very sweet and caring staff and amazing vets. The front desk staff & techs are still very friendly and professional - especially the techs (we loved our visits with Natalie), that’s where the clinic’s heart is. However, you can tell that the staff is overworked, last year it seemed that this clinic was taking too many patients and couldn’t serve everyone as needed. I am conflicted while writing this review. I had been going to Clover Basin Animal Hospital for all of my pet needs since we moved to Longmont in 2020. Things started out great and they had provided top-notch service for us and even helped us get our Shiba’s allergies under control when no one else could. The front office staff has always been so wonderful, and Dr. Gilbert showed us so much compassion while we battled with Myotonia congenita in our one Chow. When I asked Dr Garcia a question , my girlfriend would attempt to answer it . I said " no, no,no, let the veterinarian answer " Dr Garcia was short with her answer , And she seemed to be inconvenienced and put out because I had some questions and concerns .....She had a sour demeanor and was not very personable or customer friendly at all ...
