Horrible service , walked in there with my cat seeking help one the lady's there said she booked our appointment and to come in exactly what we did , got greeted horribly , didn't even have a welcome environment safe for the animals , floor was disgusting. and a Ginger short hair girl started with a attitude when we didn't even give her a reason to be upsest or alarming not only treated us and my cat with attitude she decides to leave the door wide open for my cat to just escape who does that !! I was visiting from out of town and needed sedatives for my dog’s return flight to CA, and I’m so grateful I found Clover Basin Animal Hospital. The staff was absolutely incredible - kind, attentive, and so reassuring during a stressful situation. They were wonderful with my dog and just as great with me. I highly recommend them and if I lived in Longmont, Colorado, Clover Basin Animal Hospital would without a doubt be my regular vet!
I brought both of my cats in for their annual appointment and we saw Dr. Caitlyn Martin. It was honestly a breath of fresh air to have a vet who takes the time to talk with you and clearly explain everything. She was incredibly kind and patient with both of my cats and made the whole visit feel calm and comfortable. One of my cats is a bit of a “chunky boy” who stubbornly refuses to lose weight despite being on weight loss food and getting plenty of exercise.
