Clovelly Optical go beyond conducting tests. Both Joyce (optometrist) and Tony listen to what you need them for and vision problems you have. Every effort is to give you glasses to fit your need and frames to suit your preference. Tony, the hardware (frames) man makes sure the frames are ready to fit the lenses. When trying on, both are keen to ensure you are happy with what you've got. Thoroughly recommended.
Tony is THE man. Bald guy wearing the cool retro shirt and funky frames. Just go straight to him. Extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic from the get go. Specialist in sports and workplace precision eyewear, which is relevant to me. Follow his recommendations and you will not be disappointed. Above and beyond in terms of service, quality products, reasonable pricing.
This is such a great optometry practice. Robyn has been looking after my eye health and finding me great specs for years. Tony has taken over the role as “chief fashion consultant” and provides confident frame recommendations. He’s persuaded me to branch out into less conservative directions, which has been fun! And Debbie and Tony are always happy to adjust my specs whenever I’ve asked. A very friendly and professional local business. Thanks team!
The team at Clovelly Optical are fabulous! I’ve never had such a smooth experience buying glasses. Tony gave me a helpful steer on frames that would work well for my high script/be able to withstand my toddler and the glasses turned out perfectly for an incredible price and arrived in record time. Joyce (optometrist) also took great care to make sure everything was just right. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back!
