Telephone line cut me off when I was number one in queue after long time waiting on the line. Called back to queue once again and was number 30+ so went to surgery to explain the situation and ask for help as my symptoms not getting better and I've ran iut of medication so need to see GP. NO ANY HELP APART FROM "SORRY"! Three members of staff were there and none was interested to help despite surgery system fault.
Absolutley abyssmal. No interest in elderly patients.

Saw Dr Rowe about lower pain. Felt very gaslit about problems and this led to being referred for scan later. Women's health is not taken seriously by some doctors. Pain killers prescribed without any investigations.
Worst medical Centre with bunch of less helpful staff all around. They are so much in to them self. If we meet them for an advice then they give an appointment for a blood check in another two to three WEEKs. Then report will take another 2 weeks. Again we have to get an appointment just over the phone. Then we have to keep on chasing the doctors as well. Just so pointless. Worst one ever
