Cute and cosy rooms. But not clean at all. Hair everywhere. Shower looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Bed sheets smelt
We stayed in a second-floor room, and from the moment we walked in, the cleanliness was appalling. There were hairs in the bed, dust everywhere (including on the bedhead and bedside tables), and the room had a strong mouldy smell. The bathroom looked as though someone had simply wiped over the surfaces with toilet paper before the next guests arrived. We were booked to stay there but my wife's mother died and we had to cancel the booking. Clouds were not willing to refund our money as we had booked thru booking.com Not very compassionate and I spoke to them 3 times with no luck. Glad we didn't stay there.
Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else.
