The place was lovely and clean and the views were amazing
Clean tidy room but very hard to contact tried calling and emailing numerous times we were put in the disabled room? On our confirmation email breakfast was included but there was no breakfast the room above us had loud banging throughout the night and banging from 5 am in the morning and pool was dirty the service was not nice the lady gave us the keys and told us to go not nicely at all
Disappointed. The negative reviews are pretty spot on. We had a rainforest cottage for one night. Supposed to be a special surprise for my husband. It was dirty. Toilet dirty (poo in bowl and seat and urine on floor), food on kitchen bench, sticky marks on dining table, floors so dirty my feet were black with dust, musty smell generally. Plus, no cleaning products or cloths at all, not even in kitchen which had one smelly tea towel and three sachets of dish liquid. Nice rooms, wonderful scenery, stunning pool. Downside, rooms are not cleaned sufficiently, ants in the room, lots of rules like not washing cups, you pay a fine. Checkout time is 10am, or you get fined.
Incredibly disappointed with this accommodation. Definitely not 4 star, and definitely not worth the price. There was no response to multiple emails they were sent prior to our stay, the reception is not staffed, and despite sending us a reminder email that we'd be charged if we didn't wash up and empty the bins we arrived to unemptied kitchen bins, hair clippings around the bathroom sink and actual poo left in the toilet. I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone.
