We stayed in a room in the main guest house. Its not great. Whilst the room is modern and clean, the bed was terrible. The bed is bouncy, you feel the springs and we woke up very sore. Made a cup of coffee and it tastes like it had prawns washed in it. We are very well travelled and use a variety of hotels, motels, and airbnbs and this was the worst sleep in any accommodation we have had in years! Sehr runtergekommen leider. Es scheint niemand dort zu sein, der die Anlage pflegt. Überall Spinnenweben und Ameisen und Laub, auch im Pool. In anderen Anlagen gibt es Personal, welches sich um sowas kümmert. Das Appartment selbst war grundsätzlich ok, allerdings auch sehr, sehr schmutzig da vermutlich nur die wichtigsten Dinge gereinigt werden. Liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, daher relativ laut. Disappointed. The negative reviews are pretty accurate. Room was not clean on arrival. Bad odour, smelt of feet. Bathroom sink clogged up, hair and yuk in drain. I contacted reception without any replies. Second day the cleaner entered without notice (whilst I was out) and placed an air freshener and new towels on bench. That was nice I guess, but I would have appreciated a note to say they were entering. Pool looked inviting but was locked up around 4pm, no explanation why.
The place was lovely and clean and the views were amazing
