We had a wonderful overnight stay at this self-contained accommodation. From the moment we arrived, Gary made us feel exceptionally welcome—he greeted us personally, showed us around, and even had the fireplace going for a warm and cosy arrival. Gary's easygoing and thoughtful approach made the whole experience feel relaxed and inviting. The room itself was spotless, beautifully styled, and the perfect size for a night away. Firstly, I would like to say I rarely give one-star reviews, but I am very disappointed. Getting a phone call to say we had to cancel our booking one month before Easter weekend was unacceptable. The honorable thing to do would have been to wait to change your stay policy until after Easter. Now we are stuck trying to find new accommodation so close to Easter. What if we were flying in from another state with children? Not impressed; such poor business practices.
Visiting from America we found this gem in the mountains at Mapleton Gary & Madonna have outdone themselves with beautiful private rooms, peaceful surroundings, a perfect place for a romantic getaway
Nice accommodation in the Sunshine Coast hinterland :) very cleaned and new. Only thing is it becomes quickly expensive if you want to take your fur babies. I’d recommend changing to a cleaning fee if there is a need instead of straight away. We would have taken them if it was affordable.
Koala Cabins at Sunshine Coast is truly a holiday experience like no other!! The location is absolutely AMAZING, if your looking to go on a holiday that isn’t crowded or isn’t too out bush like camping than this is the staycation for you. The environment and location is extremely peaceful and relaxing. The cabins are extremely unique, very homely, and EXTREMELY clean. When I tell you that it is cleaner than any hotel, TRUST ME!
