Horrible experience! 10 out of 10 do NOT RECOMMEND! They will talk you into getting work done that will later require more work to be able to be finished with it knowing that insurance wont cover it and do NOT make you aware of this at the time! They say one thing then do another! I had teeth pulled back in March and was told then that in 5-8 weeks I would be able to have impressions done to get my partials. 5-8 weeks later I come in thinking I was getting those impressions done,but no, I'm getting a filling then told I will... read more
Don't bother going here if you have TennCare (child or adult)... Probably the least understanding medical office I have experienced & forget about getting an appt before December of 2026. Very frustrated with how things have been handled Since we started there last year.
The team at cloudland in sweetwater are very warm and friendly and go above and beyond to care for their patients and explaining everything as well I will say if you want a great experience then please go here I no there very good people and very caring with everyone the dentist is amazing he shows care with each patient as there family to him
