Great staff and dentist are very professional, respectful and take time to explain procedures highly recommended
Horrible experience! 10 out of 10 do NOT RECOMMEND! They will talk you into getting work done that will later require more work to be able to be finished with it knowing that insurance wont cover it and do NOT make you aware of this at the time! They say one thing then do another! I had teeth pulled back in March and was told then that in 5-8 weeks I would be able to have impressions done to get my partials. 5-8 weeks later I come in thinking I was getting those impressions done,but no, I'm getting a filling then told I will... read more
Don't bother going here if you have TennCare (child or adult)... Probably the least understanding medical office I have experienced & forget about getting an appt before December of 2026. Very frustrated with how things have been handled Since we started there last year.
