We recently bought a house with a cloudburst system. We have been trying to contact them for over 6 weeks to winterize the system and had never received a call back. Therefore we decided to go with another, more reliable, company. This morning a service technician came by to winterize the system with no prior contact that someone from the company was going to stop by. We have been using Cloudburst here at Riveredge for years. Easy scheduling. On time. Great service. Reasonably priced. Well based knowledge for all our irrigation needs. Hector is the Best !

Clearly their service has taken a turn for the worst and is inline with what I am hearing and reading online. The team opened my irrigation system and it took in excess of 10 calls and emails to try to have someone to come back out due to an issue they didn't address. Now the company can't even mail a refund check to an address they go to and keep saying it was returned?? Go somewhere else
