We recently bought a house with a cloudburst system. We have been trying to contact them for over 6 weeks to winterize the system and had never received a call back. Therefore we decided to go with another, more reliable, company. This morning a service technician came by to winterize the system with no prior contact that someone from the company was going to stop by.
