Worst customer service we have ever had. We purchased a brand new home that this company did the sprinkler system for and was part of the overall purchase price. When we asked for a map of the sprinkler system I was yelled at, cussed out and told "it's not his problem, he left a map behind the system". He said he would send a guy out in a few days, didn't happen, called back and was subjected to more verbal abuse. My husband attempted to call and they refused to return our call.
