Ordered some parts. Requested that they be shipped overnight. Turns out that the bill was outrageous. The person in charge of shipping even said they should have called me when they found out how much it was and they blew it. The Manager was extremely aggressive with me and said that their only fault was not calling us, well, that took the opportunity away from us to solve the issue of the shipping which when I looked back to previous orders they solved but cutting over length items in half.
