The staff and service at Cloudberry are exceptional--worth every cent. This is my second year as a patient and I'm still amazed. You mean I can speak to my doctor directly? Get an appointment when needed? Get a prompt return phone call? Those are all things that have been completely impossible in NM the last few years. I welcome direct questions around my experience. Cloudberry Health occupies a special place in the worst healthcare experience list. Being a fellow health care provider I know an amazing doc when I see one. Dr. Child has gone above and beyond for myself and my family. His care is unparalleled in Santa Fe and beyond. Genuine, caring, empathetic, and compassionate are only a few words I could use to describe Dr. Child. I’m extremely appreciative of him and his staff. Placing my and my family’s well being in his hands couldn’t have been a better decision.
Cloudberry is a fantastic practice. I was recommended to Dr. Clea Lopez by friends and I could not be happier with the care and responsiveness of Dr. Lopez and the team. She is curious, she is knowledgeable, she takes time to get to know me, and I always feel heard. In this world of rushed medical appointments and impersonal care, Dr. Lopez and Cloudberry stand out as examples of what health care should be.
The whole Cloudberry crew is so caring and attentive. Dr. Josiah Child is our primary care doctor and we are always grateful for his comprehensive thinking and willingness to think of non-invasive solutions first. Because we are out-of-state, we especially appreciate his willingness to jump on a call or Facetime.
