I found Cloud 9 online after a weekend hair emergency and stopped by first thing Tuesday morning. A lovely lady greeted me and made me feel so welcome and at ease. She asked me to come back the next day, and I’m so glad I did! Ruby completely fixed my hair and made me feel amazing. She was kind, professional, and truly worked magic on my blonde. I can’t stop looking at myself in every mirror or window I pass! If you love your blonde as much as I do, go see Ruby—she’s incredible!

Just had the Youth Reset Facial at Cloud 9 Hair & Beauty and it was absolute bliss! Dayna is so experienced and genuinely caring—she always makes sure you’re comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. The salon has such a welcoming, peaceful vibe, and I left feeling completely refreshed (and my skin is glowing!). Highly recommend

I found this place through a friend and enjoyed an amazing facial by Dayna. She wa so lovely and the rest of the staff, that i decided to get my haircut there the next week. Ruby, you are so lovely and amazing. Your recommendation for my hair colour after my cut was spot on and I am so glad I entrusted you to decide for me :) Thank you to Cloud 9 for you wonderful service, you have a client for life!!

Had my first ever pamper treatment today (rejuvenate spa package) and was looked after by Dayna. Absolutely amazing experience - I left feeling so calm, relaxed and destressed. Can't wait to return!

Had an amazing beauty experience with Dana yesterday. An hour of pure bliss with her magical hands with an advanced microdermabrasion. My skin was absolutely glowing afterwards and it was so relaxing. Love supporting a local business so close to home.
