We enjoyed our first float therapy session. It was informative, clean, and relaxing. Float therapy offers relaxation in a weightless environment. It offers the opportunity to practice mindfulness and stillness while allowing your body to replenish magnesium levels. I appreciate that this experience was relaxing but also beneficial to my health. Also, a note for the water-averse or who do not like being wet, you do not prune!
