A Medical emergency came up, and we were forced to cancel; they still charged us for cancelling. They were unsympathetic, and that’s not the vibe I like for my float experience. I understand the cancellation fee but it was the fact that they were so uncaring about our reasons why. It just hurts. I’ll drive to Naples for a float tank experience from now on.
