I bought a cart from here that ended up being defective within a week, when I called to ask what I could do, I spoke to an employee who told me to bring it in and she could start the process for a case with a defective item, OR I could wait until 4:30 when the manager would be in, and there was a possibility that he could help me out a bit more than just starting the claim process.
