I would never use this title company as a real estate agent. They facilitated a sell right before the NAR changes where the seller and buyer went behind the agent’s backs to cancel a deal and cut us as the buyer agent out of it to close it for sale by owner. Then they continued to try and get me to send them business. Needless to say, my sellers will never use them, and if a buyer is writing a contract with them as the title agent, I’ll be sure to let the listing agent know of my experience in hopes that business goes elsewh... read more

I had clients who were selling their property to purchase a new one the same day. It was down to the wire on the first transaction, and Cloud Title stepped up to bring all parties together and get it done for my clients. They were able to sign for both homes and get it completed without an extension. This may have not happened with a different title company. I highly recommend Cloud Title!
