I was able to communicate with a team via text and call which is super helpful. Text were so much faster considering I had to work during the dame hours. When I needed to talk to someone I made 1 call and everyone I spoke to seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me and get a resolution. All around great experience working with CloudRx!
They constantly send my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. High miscommunication between my insurance and them. Ive paid thousands out of pocket because of their mistakes and they take no accountability.
