Absolutely horrible and makes the whole IVF process that much more time consuming and frustrating. They tell me to fill out a local pharmacy, I do. Then they won't send to pharmacy stating the meds (aka needles and syringes) are specialty and must be delivered; however the medication that they go for has already been filled at a local pharmacy. But that delivery will take a week which is after I need them for my TIMED cycle. This isn't the first issue I've had with them messing things up either and borderline delaying Retrie... read more
